Cancel or Amend your Travel Insurance Policy
We’re currently experiencing high call volumes and while we’re doing all we can to support you our own people are also affected by the Coronavirus so you may be waiting a while to get through to us.
If you would like to amend your Travel Insurance (due to a change in holiday date, for example), or cancel your policy you can submit a request online by completing this form. On submitting your request we will email you to confirm we have received your request and that it will be processed. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss your options.
- If you have changed the dates of your holiday we may be able to amend the dates of your policy to reflect this. This will depend on when you originally purchased your insurance policy and who you are insured with.
- There is no admin charge to change dates, however if your new holiday is different (i.e. your new holiday is to a different country, or two weeks instead of one) then there may be an additional premium to pay.
- You can cancel your policy within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund as long as you have not travelled, no claim has been made or is intended to be made, and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred.
- If your 14 day cooling-off period has passed then you can still cancel your policy but please note that if you are cancelling after the first 14 days of receipt of the documents, no premium refund will be given. However, in light of the current FCO travel restrictions if your 14 day cooling off period has already passed we can refer your request to the Insurer to see if a refund is possible.
