Request Changes or Cancellation of your Travel Insurance Policy
If you would like to amend your Travel Insurance (due to a change in holiday date, for example), or cancel your policy you can submit a request online by completing this form.
On submitting your request, we will email you to confirm we have received this and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your options. Requests are usually serviced within two business days.
Please note:
- All amendments are subject to normal policy terms and conditions. Depending on the amendment requirements, these may be subject to additional premium including, but not limited to, a change in health, change in destination or a longer trip duration for example.
- Our policies come with a 14-day cooling off period. During this time, you can request to cancel your policy for a full refund provided you haven’t travelled, made a claim, or intend to make a claim. Should you choose to cancel after this 14-day period, charges will apply and your insurer is not obliged to provide a refund.
